SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), as many of our products are made to order.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or vendor events.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimated and provided by the shipping carrier. ETYMOLOGY: YOU is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect shipping information may result in delays or returned packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, ETYMOLOGY: YOU is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@etymologyyou.com.

All claims must include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers who select local pickup will receive a notification when their order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and subject to the following restocking fees:

• 50% for standard products
• 75% for made-to-order products

ETYMOLOGY: YOU is not responsible for unclaimed or abandoned pickup orders.

SHIPPING POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order with ETYMOLOGY: YOU, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and accept responsibility for shipping-related risks once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
