RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, ETYMOLOGY: YOU does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
DAMAGES OR ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@etymologyyou.com.
All claims must include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Product variations in color, scent, or texture are natural due to small-batch production and are not considered defects.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All ETYMOLOGY: YOU products are considered non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Personal care products
• Body care and skincare items
• Ingestible wellness products (juices, syrups, etc.)
• Made-to-order or custom products
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
Customers who select local pickup will receive a notification when their order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of the ready notification.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and subject to the following restocking fees:
• 50% restocking fee for standard products
• 75% restocking fee for made-to-order products
Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of ETYMOLOGY: YOU.
ETYMOLOGY: YOU is not responsible for unclaimed, abandoned, or delayed pickup orders.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued for any completed purchases.
In the rare event that a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
